Hi Charles

Thank you for your interest in the meeting and your feedback. We do want to reach a wider audience for our virtual series so we selected these days and times this year to reach European, Asian, and North American researchers during their working hours. We understand that these times will not work for everyone so we will also be recording the meetings and posting them on our youtube channel for people to watch afterwards. We value feedback on these days and times as we will be trying a different schedule next year so that everyone has a chance to participate at some point.

Sincerely,
Valerie Soza

I have mentioned this virtual meeting to several researchers who would be interested. Comment was the times were either during work hours (in Europe) or the middle of the night.

Suggest consideration be given for weekend meetings in the future for those who have work obligations.
