Posted - March 10 2020 : 1:15:35 PM We are conducting an experiment investigating the relationship between heat tolerance and phenology of Rhododendron species. We are wondering if folks are aware of existing databases or published papers with this type of information, to help us design our experiment and identify what to expect in terms of when the plants will flower? |

Posted - May 08 2020 : 1:22:15 PM Edinburgh has data on phenology from their living collections. Although I imagine the mortality has been limited, I imagine their living collections management system also has records of this, and it should be possible to reconstruct recent extreme heat events. That may not get you many data points, but could be helpful. |
